I had such a great experience at The Kebab Shop! The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made my visit special was the amazing customer service. Manoucheca, prepared my shawarma with double protein, and it was perfect! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly to my preferences. I’m trying to keep my meal high in protein and avoid unnecessary carbs, and she did an excellent job making sure I only had the pita, protein, and fresh vegetables. The young lady at the front counter was also incredibly helpful. She took the time to help me choose the best meats and made sure my order matched my dietary preferences. It’s rare to find both outstanding food and people who genuinely care about giving you a great experience. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious, fresh, and customizable Mediterranean food!

Got 2 wraps fries and brookies spent almost $50 just for the wrap to be burnt. They charred the outside too much, I couldn’t taste anything else besides the burnt. Clean the grill or something

We were excited to try this place, but left very disappointed. The concept is great- lots of choices, seemingly good food portions, etc. However, service left a lot to be desired. We arrived and placed our order via the kiosk at 6:04pm. We received our food around 6:40pm. Almost 40 minutes waiting. There seemed to be no sense of urgency to get our order done during the wait. No explanations, no acknowledgement. We got up a few times to check on the order and almost 30 minutes into waiting, they casually advised there was an ingredient that was out of availability. Not sure why it took that long to bring that to our attention. Two individuals who placed orders after us got their food a lot earlier. Upon finally receiving the food, the lamb in one of the wraps was already cold and barely had any quantity of it , and we got none of the sauces we ordered on the side (vinaigrettes). The two wraps we ordered were filled with just a whole lot of salad. It felt like they had ran out of protein. This was really a shame as the experience had the potential to be great. The individual flavors of the ingredients themselves were not bad. Really unfortunate as the unimpressive service was really

OMG out of a very few of those WOW 1st time spots, The Kebab Shop was and is amazing, from their friendly staff, educated on all that's sold here, plus making suggestions in order to get the desired yummy meals we had. I recommend the entire menu but obviously not everything can be eaten at once, so try them out you will not regret it.

We stopped at the Kebab Shop for the first time, and the food was amazing! Enough portion size for one wrap to last two meals. Good choice to come with family and friends and will definitely be back! Front staff was very friendly and the wait time was great. Highly recommend! Great deal especially for the price (paid ~$13 for one) :) (Photo of wrap was after HALF was eaten!)
